If you follow tech news, you may be aware that some ISPs have dropped
the entire alt.* hierarchy from their news servers. This is billed as
a move to reduce distribution of child pornography, but I suspect it's
really a thin excuse to shut down a service that is bandwidth-
intensive even though relatively few customers know or care about it.
As a result, I no longer have access to alt.games.whitewolf except
through Google Groups.

Feh.
